    Procedure for Technical (Electrical) Process

    1. Objective1.1 The organisation shall plan and carry out service provision under controlled

    conditions w.r.t Electrical Services.

    5.2 Service Realization Process :5.2.1 Based on the customer requirement, Technical Manager prepares Monthly Shift Schedule

    in form R/ELEC/MS/01 indicating no of persons location wise/ Shift wise planned

    5.2.2 Interviews are conducted as perRecruitment & Training Process SOP-02.5.2.3 Technical Manager maintains Training Record on OJT Training and Trg plan

    maintained as perSOP-02.

    5.2.4 Based on the Monthly Schedule, Preventive Maintenance Schedule is prepared inform R/ELEC/PM/02maintained for all the machines, where certain equipmentsare maintained by authorised agencies under AMC are monitored through

    Service Report. Maintenance Process is initiated with Planning for manpowerdeployment, Procurement of Spares for machines, WorkInstruction, Maintenance

    of Machines & Calibration of Equipment, Training of personnel, Deployment,Monitoring of Service realization.

    5.2.5 The MaintenanceEquipment / Machinery is subjected to Routine Maintenance arecarried out by the concerned Technician / Engineer / In-charge and report to the

    Technical Manager..

    5.2.6 Preventive maintenance, is carried out as per the Preventive Maintenance Plan ismade for the following Equipment

    5.2.2 Machine / Equipment History Record is maintained R/ELEC/EHR/38for recording the usageof Spares and consumables including Break down.The Break down Maintenance is entered inBreak down Maintenance register and done as and when any Breakdown is reported. Break

    downs and rectification records are maintained in Breakdown MaintenanceR/ELEC/BDM/39.

    5.3PROCUREMENT OF TECHNICAL MATERIALS :5.3.3 Technical Manager is responsible for Procurement of materials as required for

    executing the Mechanical Process. Material Requisition is prepared and forwarded

    to COO forhis approval.This activity is carried out as per SOP-03 for Purchasing

    Process.

    5.4 Identification of Items

    5.4.1 All accepted Incoming materials are identified by placards \ Location.

    5.4.2 Technical Manager / Asst Tech Manager/ Jr.Engineer/ Shift Engineer maintainsproper identification and traceability of their personnel during service realization by

    colour of uniform, ID cardNo. attendanceetc.

    5.4.3 Ensure that theNon conformance services are rectified and prevented from futureoccurrence as per Corrective and PreventiveAction of Sec 8.0 of QM\L1.

    5.5 Processing Customer Complaint :-

    5.5.1 External Complaints Receipts, Analysis, Corrective Action taken and closure are as per SOP-01

    5.5.2 Internal Complaints and Trouble Shooting issues identified during maintenance are entered in

    Departmental Complaint Register R/ELEC/DC/40forwarded to the concerned Supervisor forfurther action. Supervisor reviews the complaint and takes necessary corrective action after

    identifying the root cause and the correction, Corrective action and the department forresolving the complaint are arrived at.

    5.6Review of the Plan5.6.1 Service plan is reviewed by the Assistant Technical Manager wherever required

    based on the performance, in consultation with theHead Technical / as per site

    condition \ Customer requirement, and accordingly action taken to re-schedule the

    Maintenance Planning.

    5.6.2 Ensure that the Non conformance are rectified and prevented from futureoccurrence as per Corrective and PreventiveAction of Sec 8.0 of QM\L1.
